1. Scope
This policy covers estimated delivery timelines and the post-dispatch process for bulk commodity orders from www.maataraenterprises.in. For dispatch details, see our Shipping Policy.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

| Eastern India (Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, NE States) | 4–7 business days |

| Other Domestic Destinations | 7–12 business days |
| Rural / ODA Locations | 10–15 business days |
* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Bulk road transport is subject to road conditions and vehicle availability.
3. Delivery and Unloading
- Delivery is to the buyer's warehouse, godown, or shop as specified. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Buyer or authorised representative must be present for receipt and verification.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed via signed goods receipt / proof of delivery (POD) by the buyer.
5. Shortage, Damage, or Quality Issues
Inspect the consignment upon arrival. Report discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt:
- Short weight, missing bags, transit damage, quality deviation
- Provide photographs, weight slips, and a written description
We will arrange a credit note, replacement, or adjustment per our Refund Policy.
6. Delayed or Lost Consignments
If the transporter fails to deliver within the estimated time plus 3 business days, contact us immediately. We will trace and resolve the issue.
7. Force Majeure
Deliveries may be delayed by monsoon disruptions, road blockages, transport strikes, or government-imposed restrictions. Buyers will be kept informed.
