Shipping Policy (Dispatch Policy)
Order processing, quality inspection, and dispatch timelines for farming equipment orders.

1. Definitions
- "Shipping" / "Dispatch" refers to the process of inspecting, testing, packing, and handing over equipment consignments to the freight/logistics partner for transit.
- "Delivery" refers to the transit and final arrival of goods at the buyer's designated address. See our Delivery Policy.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Equipment orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment clearance.
- Orders requiring manufacturer coordination may take 5–7 business days for sourcing, quality testing, and dispatch.
- Business days: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
3. Packing and Quality Standards
- All equipment undergoes quality inspection and testing before dispatch. Performance parameters and safety features are verified.
- Products are packed in manufacturer-standard packaging with additional protective crating for heavy machinery.
- Each consignment is accompanied by a GST-compliant invoice and quality inspection summary.
4. Manufacturer Lead Times
Availability of equipment is subject to manufacturer stock levels and production schedules. If a requested machine is unavailable or has an extended lead time, we will notify you within 1 business day with alternatives or a refund option.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather and transport disruptions.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
6. Freight / Shipping Charges
Freight charges are based on consignment weight, volume, and destination. Charges are clearly stated in the quotation/invoice before payment. Ex-warehouse pickup (buyer-arranged transport) is available by prior arrangement.
7. Address and Documentation
Buyers must provide accurate delivery address and GSTIN (for e-waybill generation). MAA Tara Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect documentation.
8. Force Majeure
Dispatch may be affected by manufacturer production delays, raw material shortages, transport strikes, or government restrictions. We will communicate delays promptly.
