Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once goods have been handed over to the transporter, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of agricultural commodities, we have a strict return policy:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
- Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in original packaging (unopened bags/sacks) to be eligible for inspection.
3. Refund Process
If your return claim is approved after inspection:
- Pre-paid Orders: Refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer/NEFT or UPI. You will be required to provide bank details.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged Goods
If you receive a shipment that is visibly damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damage immediately upon delivery.
- Note the damage on the transporter's delivery receipt (POD).
