1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern the sale of small farming machinery and equipment by MAA Tara Enterprise to you ("Buyer"). By placing an order via our website, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Wholesale & B2B Focus
We are a supplier of farming machinery and equipment. Our products are intended for agricultural, commercial, and institutional use. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
3. Ordering & Pricing
- MOQ: All products have a specified Minimum Order Quantity.
- Pricing: Prices displayed are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of invoicing.
- Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding standard stock limits must be confirmed via our sales team.
4. Payment Terms
- Methods: We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and Cheque (subject to realization).
- Credit: Credit terms are available only for verified B2B partners with established trading history, subject to approval.
- COD: Cash on Delivery is available for specific pincodes and order values, subject to carrier availability.
5. Quality & Standards
We supply farming machinery and equipment from certified manufacturers. While we ensure quality through inspection and testing, minor cosmetic variations may exist. All machines come with standard manufacturer warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
MAA Tara Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied.
7. Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, West Bengal.
