1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern the sale of agricultural commodities by MAA Tara Enterprise to you ("Buyer"). By placing an order via our website, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Wholesale & B2B Focus
We are a wholesale supplier. Our products are intended for commercial use, resale, or institutional consumption. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements or appear to be for personal household consumption inconsistent with bulk supply.
3. Ordering & Pricing
- MOQ: All products have a specified Minimum Order Quantity (e.g., 25kg, 50kg).
- Pricing: Prices displayed are indicative wholesale rates and may fluctuate based on mandi rates. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of invoicing.
- Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding standard stock limits must be confirmed via our sales team.
4. Payment Terms
- Methods: We accept Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and Cheque (subject to realization).
- Credit: Credit terms are available only for verified B2B partners with established trading history, subject to approval.
- COD: Cash on Delivery is available for specific pincodes and order values, subject to carrier availability.
5. Quality & Standards
We supply agricultural commodities sourced from reputable mandis. While we ensure high quality, natural variations in grain size, color, and texture may occur due to seasonal factors.
6. Limitation of Liability
MAA Tara Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied.
7. Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, West Bengal.
